SENIOR QUANTITY SURVEYOR

SENIOR QUANTITY SURVEYOR
Diploma / Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
At least 2-5 years of working experience in the construction or property development industry.
Strong knowledge of cost management, contract administration, and project coordination, with expertise in preparing accurate quantity take-offs, estimates, and tender documents. 
Leads and supervises the QS team, manages subcontractor claims, project costing, tendering, contract negotiation, and procurement while ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and effective stakeholder coordination.
Provides the full project work program from pre-contract estimation and tendering, contract administration, cost monitoring, to final account closure, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with optimal cost-saving strategies.
