QUANTITY SURVEYOR

QUANTITY SURVEYOR - Kuching, Sarawak 
Duties & Responsibilities:
To prepare, check and compile documents for project tender submission.
To monitor project schedule, planning, organize, co-ordinate & manage cost control.
To prepare and submit main progress claims and sub-contractor claims.
To prepare monthly site progress reports and valuing on completed works, variation orders, and payment claim arrangement.
To liaise with sub-contractors and suppliers & related parties on contractual related matters.
To attend site meetings and site visits.
To carry out quantity take off & costing for tender & project purpose
To perform any ad-hoc task as assigned by Superior.
Can work independently and complete task on time.
Qualification and/or Experience Required:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying
For Senior Quantity Surveyor at least 8-10 years of working experience in the construction field is required for this position.
For Quantity Surveyor at least 3-5 years of working experience in the construction field is required for this position.
For Assistant Quantity Surveyor fresh graduate encourage to apply and at least 1-2 years of working experience
in the construction field is required for this position.
Required skills good planning and organizing skills, communication skills, good observation.
Able to meet tight deadline.
