FOREMAN (CIVIL AND STRUCTURE) - Miri, Sarawak
Well-versed in building construction activities, including supervision of daily site works, workmanship, and coordination of subcontractors.
Able to manage site workers effectively and ensure works are carried out according to the project schedule and required quality standards.
Capable of reading construction drawings and coordinating with the site engineer, subcontractors, and workers on site.
Must have good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Able to monitor site progress, materials, manpower, and ensure proper housekeeping at site.
Familiar with site safety requirements and able to ensure workers comply with safety regulations at all times.
Must hold a valid driving licence and be willing to travel to rural areas for project assignments.
The ability to drive off-road/on logging roads is an added advantage.
Salary Range: RM 2,500 to RM 4,000 (Negotiable upon interview - depending on experience 
and technical knowledge)
