PROJECT MANAGER (CIVIL & STRUCTURAL) - Miri, Sarawak
Possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Construction Management, or other related field.
Minimum 5 to 8 years of working experience in civil and structural works within the construction industry.
Strong knowledge in project management, including planning, coordination, monitoring, and reporting of project progress.
Sound technical knowledge in civil and structural works, including site execution, drawings, specifications, and construction methodology.
Able to monitor overall project progress, site activities, manpower, materials, and subcontractor performance to ensure timely completion of works.
Capable of coordinating with consultants, clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and relevant authorities for smooth project implementation.
Able to review technical issues on site and provide practical solutions to ensure works are carried out in accordance with project requirements.
Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office. Knowledge of AutoCAD and project planning tools will be an added advantage.
Must hold a valid driving licence and be willing to travel to rural areas for project assignments.
Salary Range: RM 6,000 to RM 9,000 (Negotiable upon interview - depending on experience
and technical knowledge)
