Job Description:
Open and close the bakery section daily
Bake fresh breads and pastries as needed
Keep shelves and displays full and inviting
Check product quality and report any issues
Make sure prices and labels are accurate
Follow hygiene and food safety standards
Maintain a clean work area and equipment
Use FIFO / FEFO practices to manage freshness
Assist with other store tasks as required
Job Requirement:
Vocational Certificate (SKM) in Bakery, Pastry or related field
Minimum 1 year of experience in a Bakery or Patisserie
Able to work independently with minimal supervision
Handle baking, cleaning & serving – even during busy hours
