M&E COORDINATOR

M&E COORDINATOR  - Julau and Kuching
We are seeking a competent and detail-oriented M&E Coordinator for our Kuching and Julau projects to oversee and 
coordinate all Mechanical & Electrical works at site. The successful candidate will ensure M&E installations are carried 
out according to approved drawings, specifications, project timeline, and safety requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and supervise all Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) works on site
Liaise with consultants, main contractor, subcontractors, and suppliers
Review M&E drawings, method statements, and technical submissions
Ensure compliance with project specifications and authority requirements
Monitor M&E work progress and report to Project Manager
Coordinate M&E works with civil and architectural teams to avoid clashes
Attend site meetings and technical coordination meetings
Conduct inspections and ensure quality control standards are met
Monitor material delivery, testing, and commissioning
Ensure compliance with safety standards (CIDB & DOSH regulations)
Requirements
Diploma / Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in construction projects
Strong knowledge of M&E systems
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
Good coordination and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and reporting abilities
Able to work independently and under tight deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in high-rise / infrastructure / industrial projects
Familiar with local authority submission processes
