SITE SUPERVISOR

Requirements:

Diploma / Certificate in Civil Engineering, Construction, or related field.

Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role.

Good knowledge of construction processes and safety standards.

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Ability to read and understand technical drawings.

Problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Willing to work on-site and travel if required.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily site operations and construction activities.

Monitor workers, subcontractors, and suppliers on-site.

Ensure work is carried out according to drawings, plans, and specification.

Enforce safety regulations and ensure a safe working environment.

Check quality of materials and workmanship.

Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and project managers.

Track project progress and report updates to management.

Resolve on-site issues and delays efficiently.

Maintain site records, reports, and documentation.

Ensure proper use of equipment and materials.
