QUANTITY SURVEYOR

QUANTITY SURVEYOR (Based in Kuching) 
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field.
Minimum 3 years of working experience in QS or cost control 
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, AutoCAD, and quantity measurement software
Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic construction environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform quantity take-off and measurement for various types of projects (building, civil, and renovation works).
Prepare Bill of Quantities (BQ), cost estimates, and tender documents.
Administer and manage contractual matters, including evaluation of variations, claims, and contractual correspondence.
Conduct cost analysis and prepare financial reports to support project budgeting and control.
Prepare and verify monthly progress claims, work done certifications, and payment recommendations.
Coordinate and liaise with consultants, contractors, and project teams to ensure accurate and timely cost reporting.
