
OPERATION EXECUTIVE
Job Scope / Responsibilities
a) Develop and implement SOPs for outlet operations.
b) Lead the operations team, provide guidance and coaching on operational processes.
c) Assist in daily planning, administration, and resolution of outlet operational matters.
d) Manage and coordinate staff scheduling for all outlets to ensure optimal manpower planning.
e) Review and approve outlet staff leave applications in accordance with SOPs.
f) Investigate customer complaints and propose corrective and improvement actions.
g) Prepare monthly stock closing and leftover reports for all outlets.
h) Daily Task Reporting;
i) Carry out any other ad-hoc operational duties as assigned by management.
Requirement :
a) Diploma in related field with at least 1–2 years of working experience in F&B operations or administration
b) Willing to learn and have good problem-solving skills
c) Positive mindset, well-organised, responsible and able to multitask
d) Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
e) Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
