
SALES EXECUTIVE Industry: Food and Beverage
Job Scope / Responsibilities:
Outdoor Sales: Proactively identify and secure new business opportunities by reaching out to potential customers.
Event Participation: Represent the company in roadshows and events, showcasing our products and services.
Marketing Initiatives: Execute and support marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and sales.
Customer Relationship Management: Build strong rapport with customers, providing personalized service and solutions.
Follow-up and After-Sales Service: Ensure customer satisfaction by following up on sales and addressing after-sales inquiries or issues promptly.
Team Leadership: Mentor and guide junior sales team members to achieve their targets and grow professionally. Provide c onstructive feedback and foster a positive team environment to drive overall performance.
Requirement :
At least 2–3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or a related field, preferably in the F&B industry
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Previous experience in sales, outdoor promotions, or event marketing is required.
Self-motivated and proactive attitude.
Remuneration package : RM2500 – RM4,000
