SITE ADMIN ASSISTANT (Based in Kanowit) - 2 posts
Requirements:
Min 2-3 years related experience, will be added advantage if have relevant experience in construction field
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Canvas and PDF Management tools
Key Responsibilities:
Manage, control and maintain all incoming and outgoing project documents including drawings, correspondences, reports and transmittals
Ensure all documents are properly logged, indexed and filled according to the company's documents control procedure
Maintain document register for traceability and quick retrieval
Distribute controlled copies of documents to relevant project personnel and ensure superseded versions are removed.
Support the project team in preparing and submitting document transmittal, letters, reports, memos and meeting minutes
Handle site correspondence, including emails, courier and incoming/outgoing mail
Support the Project Manager, Engineers and QAQC team in document submission, filling, and tracking of approvals.
Assist in scheduling and arranging meetings, appointments and logistics
Assist in maintain the filing system for ISO / QAQC documentation 
Perform other project or administrative-related tasks as assigned by superiors from time to time.
 

LARAS JAYA CONSTRUCTION SDN BHD - 1. INSPECTOR OF WORKS – CIVIL & STRUCTURAL (Kanowit), Diploma/Degree Civil Engineering, 2-5 years experience, inspect monitor site works compliance, supervise contractors, site inspection report, ensure quality standards
2. SITE ADMIN ASSISTANT (Kanowit), 2-3 years experience, Microsoft Office Word Excel PowerPoint, manage project documents drawings reports, document control filing, support project team coordination
3. LORRY DRIVER (Kanowit), valid GDL license, experience lorry driver, transport goods materials, delivery schedule, vehicle inspection, maintain records
4. EXCAVATOR OPERATOR (Kanowit), minimum 3 years experience, valid driver’s license, excavation digging trenching, equipment inspection maintenance, follow safety protocols
5. PROJECT ADMIN ASSISTANT (Kuching), 2-3 years experience, Microsoft Office, manage project documents filing, document control, support engineers QAQC submission coordination
