F&B EXECUTIVE

F&B EXECUTIVE - Kuching, Sarawak
JOB / SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum 2–3 years experience in F&B operations (multi-outlet experience preferred)
Strong understanding of restaurant operations and service standards
Hands-on, detail-oriented, and able to work on the ground
Good communication and ability to work with multiple stakeholders
Willing to travel across outlets
JOB ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES: 
Outlet Operations Governance
Oversee a cluster of outlets and ensure compliance with company SOPs
Monitor daily operations covering Quality, Service, and Cleanliness (QSC)
Work closely with Area Managers and Restaurant Managers to ensure consistent execution
Product & Service Standards
Ensure consistency in food and beverage quality, presentation, and portion control
Work with FOH Exec / Chef Trainer and Barista Trainer to reinforce standards across outlets.
Identify gaps and implement corrective actions immediately
Campaign & Sales Execution
Drive execution of all marketing campaigns (e.g. new cake launches, promotions)
Ensure frontline teams actively upsell and follow campaign mechanics
Monitor in-store display, product availability, and execution quality
Outlet Visits & Performance Monitoring
Conduct regular outlet visits to assess operations and staff performance
Identify operational gaps and follow through until resolution
Provide structured feedback and action plans to outlet teams
Team Coaching & Development
Guide Restaurant Managers and frontline teams on best practices
Reinforce discipline, accountability, and service mindset
Support training initiatives in collaboration with trainers
Reporting & Follow-Up
Track outlet performance, campaign execution, and compliance levels
Report key issues, risks, and improvement actions to management
Ensure all instructions are executed and followed through at outlet level
