
HR CUM ADMIN EXECUTIVE - Kuching
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform monthly payroll, attendance and leave record management. Experience in using Million Payroll
System is an added advantage.
Perform monthly payment of statutory contributions.
Handle foreign worker working permit application and renewal process.
Manage recruitment process and prepare correspondences to relevant parties.
Manage and maintain HR and Admin records and documentations.
Any ad hoc tasks as delegated by the Management from time to time.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Possess a Degree in Human Resource Management/Development or any equivalent fields.
At least 2-3 years of working experience in HR or related fields.
Familiar with Sarawak Labour Ordinance (SLO) and their latest amendments.
Able to maintain confidentiality.
Good command over Microsoft Office and Million Payroll System
Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is an advantage).
Detail oriented and able to prioritize tasks.
Able to work independently with minimum supervision as well as good team player, willing to learn and grow, well organized and highly committed.
