FRONTDESK CUM SERVICE CONSULTANT
Job Scope:
Handle front desk duties including attending to walk-in customers, answering incoming calls & managing appointment bookings
Provide professional and friendly customer service experience
Assist customers with enquiries and basic consultation on services
Perform registration, cashiering and administrative tasks
Maintain good relationships with customers and ensure smooth daily operations
Requirements:
Diploma or above
Able to speak Mandarin, English & Bahasa Malaysia
Pleasant personality with good communication skills
Customer service oriented and able to handle enquiries professionally
Responsible, well-organised and able to multitask
Able to work independently and as part of a team
