Requirements:
Minimum Professional Certificate, or Diploma in Welding or related field.  
Preferably 3–5 years of experience in welding and fabrication work within the manufacturing industry.  
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.  
Skilled in using a variety of welding equipment, tools, and techniques.  
Strong attention to detail and quality standards.  
Able to work independently with minimal supervision.  
Physically fit and able to handle workshop tools and materials.
Responsibilities:
Interpret and execute tasks based on engineering drawings and specifications.  
Perform fitting and welding work according to required standards and safety regulations.  
Carry out fabrication, assembly, and installation of metal components and structures.  
Assist in troubleshooting and rectifying fabrication issues.  
Report equipment malfunctions and support routine maintenance.
