
ADMIN ASSISTANT
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma / Certificate holder in Business Administration or equivalent field
Minimum 2 years of working experience in manufacturing environment
Good writing and communication skills
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft windows-based programmes – Microsoft Word and Excel
Responsibilities:
To assist all activities on the administration work, procurement of raw materials, or consumables that affects the quality management system of the organization
Raises Purchase Requisitions to specific authorized personnel
Deal and issues Purchase Orders to suppliers
Maintenance of Approved Supplier List (ASL) and Price List for purchase of products/services
Conducts supplier evaluation and monitors vendors on product/services supplied
Upkeep office equipment and ensure its functionality at all times
Assist in yearly renewal of company licenses, vehicles insurance and road tax
Maintain filing systems, order and manage office supplies, handle incoming/outgoing mail
Manage calendars, schedule meetings
