CONSTRUCTION MANAGER (Road & Bridge Works) - Lawas (Project based)
Responsibilities:
To participate or conduct project kick-off meeting.
To implement all policies, activities procedures, instructions as relevant and required by the quality, safety and health system.
To plan and coordinate with client on logistic issues.
To provide guidance to engineer in problem solving, customer complaints, and project coordination.
To set up project specific quality, safety and health control measures in inspections and tests plan.
To provide supervision on the works performed by in-house staff or subcontractors at sites.
To review monthly reports and develop remedial measures if necessary.
To attend site meeting as required by the project meeting table.
To make recommendations to Quality, Safety and Health Department from time to time on ways to improve relevant business processes / procedures.
Requirements:
Degree in Civil Engineering or other equivalent qualification.
Minimum 7 years working experience in construction projects.
