TRANSPORTATION SUPERVISOR - Kuching
Job Qualification:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/ Bachelor’s Degree in logistics/supply chain management or a relevant discipline
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the transportation or logistics industry, particularly in managing delivery operations and coordination
Experienced in planning and managing delivery schedules, ensuring timely and efficient transportation of goods
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address transportation challenges effectively
Strong ability to lead, supervise, and motivate a team while maintaining high standards of performance and discipline
Good communication and interpersonal skills for effective interaction with internal teams and customers
Proficiency in English and Malay; ability to communicate in Mandarin is an added advantage
