QUANTITY SURVEYOR (QS) - Kuching & Sibu
Job Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor.
Strong knowledge of construction costing and contract management.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and quantity take-off software is an advantage.
Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Job description:
Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and tender documents.
Monitor project costs and control project expenditures.
Evaluate contractor claims, variations, and progress payments.
Prepare quantity take-offs and cost analysis.
Liaise with project teams, suppliers, and subcontractors.
Ensure cost efficiency and financial control of the project.
