Job Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in project management (preferably in construction/engineering projects).
CIDB Accreditation / Registered with CIDB Malaysia.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Good knowledge of project planning, scheduling, and cost control.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple project tasks.
Willing to travel and work on project sites when required.
Job description:
Manage and oversee project planning, execution, and completion according to schedule and budget.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams.
Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with technical specifications and safety standards.
Prepare project reports, schedules, and documentation.
Identify project risks and implement effective solutions.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Experience in road construction is a must.
