TECHNICAL ASSISTANT - CIVIL - Kuching
JOB REQUIREMENT
Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent 
Experience with AUTOCAD software for engineering drafting and design work
Minimum 2 years working experience with Hospital/ Hotel/ Facility Management background is an added advantage
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Aptitude for customer support.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Assist Technical Executive to plan, organize, lead and control all maintenance activities in line with operation and maintenance, equipment, system and any installation / commissioning according to contract as per approved operational budget
Undertake all installation, scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, and breakdown repair works for all civil-related systems, facilities, and equipment.

FINANCE & ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVE (Kuching), Diploma/Bachelor in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, Minimum 5 years of working experience in accounting or a similar role, Manage operating and CAPEX budgets, Prepare management accounts, Monitor and manage accounts receivable and debt collection 2. ICT EXECUTIVE (Kuching), Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or related field, Minimum 3 years working experience with Lab Information Systems (LIS) or hospital support is an added advantage, Maintain and troubleshoot the Lab Information System (LIS), Perform regular system upgrades and updates, Provide training and support to lab personnel 3. PROCUREMENT EXECUTIVE (Kuching), Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field, Minimum 5 years of working experience in procurement, Manage procurement activities including supplier sourcing, RFQ issuance, quotation evaluation, PR/PO processing, Oversee inventory and store operations 4. TECHNICAL ASSISTANT - CIVIL (Kuching), Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent, Minimum 2 years working experience with Hospital/ Hotel/ Facility Management background is an added advantage, Experience with AUTOCAD software, Assist Technical Executive to plan, organize, lead and control maintenance activities, Undertake installation, scheduled and unscheduled maintenance Email Resume
