
PURCHASING CUM ADMINISTRATION EXECUTIVE
Requirements:
Minimum SPM / Diploma (Accounting / Business / Admin background is an advantage)
Minimum 3 years of working experience
Proven experience in purchasing, documentation, and record-keeping
Able to handle invoices, receipts, and simple reports properly
Familiar with basic computer skills (Excel / Word)
Organized, detail-oriented, and responsible
Able to communicate in Chinese, English & Bahasa Melayu
Experience in logistics / transport / workshop environment is an advantage
Key Responsibilities:
Handle purchasing of company-related items, including workshop maintenance materials, repair & maintenance spare parts and others
Source suppliers, compare prices, and place purchase orders when required
Keep proper records of all purchases, invoices, and receipts
Track and record stock items related to workshop repair & maintenance / spare parts
Prepare simple purchase summaries and reports for submission to the office/account department
Assist with basic administrative tasks related to purchasing and documentation
Coordinate with internal teams (workshop, site, office, accounts) to ensure smooth operations
Assist with other basic administrative duties when required
