
HUMAN RESOURCES EXECUTIVE
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of working experience in a similar HR or administrative role.
Familiar with Microsoft Excel / Word
Able to communicate in Chinese, English & Bahasa Melayu
Well-organized, responsible, and able to maintain confidentiality
Ability to multitask and work independently
Key Responsibilities:
Handle HR daily operations including payroll preparation, recruitment matters & others
Maintain and update employee records, files, and HR documents
Manage and monitor leave records, attendance, and staff movement
Assist in preparing simple HR reports for management
Support company administrative matters
Assist management in organizing and improving internal processes and records
Perform other ad-hoc administrative duties as required
