ASSISTANT ARCHITECT

ASSISTANT ARCHITECT     -     Green Heights Area, Kuching
Qualifications:
Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Architecture, and/or relevant fields
2–5 years experiences in an architectural consultancy environment in Kuching
Proficient in drafting software i.e. AutoCAD, ZWCad
Proficient in 3D modelling / BIM software i.e. Sketchup, Revit, ArchiCAD
Proficient in Microsoft office software i.e. Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel
Some knowledge in SBO 1994, BOMBA requirements, planning guidelines, and building regulatory standards.
Some understanding of local authority requirements (e.g., DBKU, MBKS) and their submission processes.
Some experience in preparing, compiling and documenting submission and tender drawings from start to finish.

Requirements:
Must possess valid driving license and own transport
Must be willing to travel, when required.

Responsibilities: 
Preparing submission drawings, tender drawings, and construction drawings and other 
    necessary documents to the relevant approving authorities
Attending site meetings when required, and preparing minutes of meeting
Meeting relevant authorities for submission processes.
