JUNIOR / SENIOR DRAFTSMAN -     Green Heights, BDC area
Qualifications:
Diploma in Architecture, Draughtsmanship, and/or relevant fields
0 -3 years industry experience with any internship experience preferred
Good proficiency in drafting software i.e. AutoCAD, ZWCad
Some experience in 3D modelling / BIM software i.e. Sketchup, Revit, ArchiCAD
Some experience in Microsoft office software i.e. Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel
Some experience and knowledge in SBO 1994, and authority submission checklists

Requirements:
Must possess valid driving license and own transport
Must be willing to travel if required
Punctual, self motivated and independent
Able to carry out work responsively and responsibly 
Good interpersonal skill between employer, colleagues, and consultants
Proactive and willing to learn
Able to converse, read and write fluently in English and Bahasa Malaysia
Able to work under pressure

Responsibilities:
Preparing submission drawings, tender drawings, and construction drawings and other 
    necessary documents to the relevant approving authorities.
Attending site meetings when required, and preparing minutes of meeting.
Meeting relevant authorities for submission processes.
