
OPERATIONS ADMINISTRATOR -Kota Padawan, Kuching
Requirements: -
At least 1 years of experience in an administrative or operations support role.
Ability to multitask effectively and manage multiple assignments simultaneously.
Basic knowledge of automated counting systems (Auto-count systems).
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data entry, reporting, and analysis.
Responsibilities: -
Analyze daily and weekly Stock Card reports and highlight discrepancies or issues.
Review CCTV footage to identify causes of stock variances or operational issues.
Monitor daily chicken receiving activities at supermarkets via CCTV.
Verify Market Delivery Orders (MDO) shared by supermarket staff in the designated WhatsApp group each morning.
Prepare and review monthly stock holding reports.
Generate weekly outlet sales comparison reports for management review.
Follow up on promotion submissions with supermarkets and outlets.
Conduct supermarket visits to verify promotional materials (e.g. pop cards) upon promotion launch.
Assist supermarkets in following up on credit notes (CN) with suppliers when required.
Print and organize relevant documents received via email and submit them to the Manager.
Assist sales staff in printing debtor statements when necessary.
