
OPERATION CUM MARKETING EXECUTIVE -Kota Padawan, Kuching
Requirements: -
Diploma or degree in business, marketing or a similar field.
At least 2 years of marketing or retails experience in a similar field, candidates with operations experience will be prioritized.
Strong skills in analyzing and solving problems.
Strong project management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects.
Knowledge of industry trends and competitive landscape.
Possess own transport & valid driving license.
Responsibilities: -
Collaborates with other managerial staffs to enforce the contract with suppliers, distributors and other external vendors.
Oversee inventory levels to ensure that there’s enough stock to meet demand but not so much that resources is wasted.
Review existing operational processes, identifying inefficiencies and implement improvements to manage and optimize operations processes.
Selecting and managing relationships with external vendors and suppliers, ensuring that they meet contractual obligations and quality standards.
Develop and execute marketing plans aligned with business objectives,
Coordinate with sales and other departments to ensure marketing efforts align with business goals.
Monitor and study industry trends and strategies to stay competitive.
Work closely with sales teams to enhance marketing effectiveness.
Negotiate contracts with vendors as required.
