Requirements:
Able to communicate in English & Bahasa Malaysia.
Courteous and possess high level of discipline & enthusiasm.
Medically & physically fit.
Previous working experience in the related field is an added advantage.
Must be able to work on shifts, weekends and Public Holidays.
Able to start immediately. 
Able to perform shift duties (includes Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays).
Responsibilities:
Monitoring mall environment, patrolling parking zones, entrances, and corridors, surrounding areas and detecting suspicious behaviour.
Frequent roundings and clocking as scheduled.
Handle VIP parking.
Responding to fire alarms, medical emergencies, shoplifting and security breaches, acting as first responders.
Controlling large crowds during events and managing entry to restricted staff-only zones.
Assisting customers with directions, lost items, and inquiries, acting as safety ambassadors.
Reporting defects to relevant departments.
