OPERATIONS MANAGER (OUTLET) - 15 VACANCIES (CCK RETAIL STORE)
Responsibilities: To oversee and manage operations of CCK Fresh Mart outlet; to ensure smooth performance and 
profitability; to lead the team to maintain outlet standards, control inventory and achieve sales targets, and other ad 
hoc duties related to the position.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Retail Management or related field.
Minimum 5 years working experience in retail operations or related field and 3 years in Managerial position. Salary RM4.2K and above with allowance. 
Strong leadership skills and decision-making ability.
Possess good communication and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in time management, sales strategy and market trend.
Good command of English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
Willing to relocate if required.
