ASSISTANT OSH MANAGER

ASSISTANT OSH MANAGER – 1 VACANCY 
Responsibilities: To support the implementation and monitoring of company-wide Occupational Safety, Health (OSH), 
and Security programs; to supervise the OSH and Security teams to ensure regulatory compliance, safety performance, 
and protection of people and assets; and to promote a proactive culture of safety across all operational sites.
Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Safety and Health, Environmental Health and Safety,      Science, Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 3-5 years in an OSH-related roles with at least 2 years of supervisory or multi-site experience, ideally in poultry /food processing or retail operations. Salary RM4.5K and above.
Registered SHO or trained OSH Coordinator preferred.
Proficiency in planning, documentation, audit / inspection readiness, and incident reporting.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
Strong team leadership, coordination abilities (across OSH and Security) and investigation skills for safety and security incident.
Analytical thinking for interpreting safety trends and risk metrics.
