QUALITY ASSURANCE (Executive x 1 post & Halal Exec x 1 post)
Responsibilities:
Implement and oversee quality assurance and control activities on raw material, intermediate and finished products
Ensure conform to raw materials, packaging and finished products specification
Ensure Hygiene and sanitation program in the factory
Ensure full compliance on Halal, GMP, HACCP, MESTI and KKM requirements
Handle and monitor pest control activities
Provides relevant training activities regarding halal and food management systems
Internal auditor for Halal and other food management systems
Job Requirements:
Degree or diploma in Food Technology/Science, Nutrition or chemistry
Must have certificate in Halal Executive for Halal Exec post
At least 2 years working experience in Food Manufacturing environment will be an added advantage
Hands on experience in GMP, HACCP, MESTI and HALAL management
