HR CUM ADMIN EXECUTIVE
Responsibilities
Ensure legal compliance in accordance with Sarawak Labour Ordinance, EPF, EIS, SOCSO & Occupational Safety and Health.
provide administrative, purchasing, logistic and delivery supports
Preparation of HR related letters, attendance, leave & benefits management.
Manage employees’ related issues such as selection of staff, payroll, welfare, discipline, training needs analysis and appraisal.
Liaise with the relevant government agencies for licensing and permits applications
Requirements:
A Degree holder or professional certificate in Administration / Human Resource Management with minimum 5 years’ experience in HR / Admin related field.
Hands on experience on AutoCount Payroll / stocks will be an added advantage
Hands on experience in one of the systems such as ISO, Halal, GMP Or HACCP will be an added advantage
