QUANTITY SURVEYOR

QUANTITY SURVEYOR - Kuching
REQUIREMENTS :-
Candidate must possess Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Survey or Building Construction Management.
At least 1 - 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position ( Fresh graduates are encourage to apply, on job training will be provided ).
Preparing, negotiating and managing all costs related to civil engineering and building projects during pre and post contract stage.
Procurement of construction materials and sourcing of vendors / suppliers / sub-contractors.
Good interpersonal and communication skills with clients, suppliers, sub-contractors and all management level.
