PROJECT MANAGER

PROJECT MANAGER - Kuching
REQUIREMENTS :-
Candidate must prosses at least Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture or equivalent.
Fluent in spoken and written Bahasa Malaysia and English language.
Preferably Certified PMP.
Good knowledge of Primavera P6 / Microsoft Project software.
At least 5 - 6 year(s) of working experience in the construction or related field/industry is required for this position.
Have aptitude for organizing and controlling team.
Able to think quickly, decisively and deal courteously with site problem and tactfully with other members of the project team.
Able to understand the requirements of the Contract Documents, Drawings, Specification, Details and Instructions for all stages of the works.
Familiar with Authorities requirements on the works and related act/regulation and staging CPC process to ensure works are certified and accepted.
Able to work under pressure with strong sense of responsibilities and urgencies.
To provide overall Project Coordination and Project Team Management including M&E services.
To monitor project budgeting and scheduling.
To liaise with client, project consultants, sub contractors and any other relevant personnel on all technical and/or site matters.
To perform project risk management to analyse and mitigate potential risks.
To provide advice and assistance in resolving claims and disputes.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
