SALES ADMINISTRATOR
Job Description
Maintain and update records of property sales transactions
Track buyer payment schedules and progress payments
Prepare E-invoices, receiving & payment vouchers and receipts
Follow up with purchasers, banks and lawyers on payment status and documentation
Coordinate with sales agents, banks and lawyers on sales and loan application matters
Prepare and maintain sales reports and payment tracking records
Ensure proper filing and documentations of sales agreements and related documents
Assist management in monitoring sales performance and outstanding payments
Assist on application of Developer’s License & Sales Permit
Assist on dealings with Ministry of Housing
Requirement
Diploma of Certificate in Business Administration, Accounting or related field
Good organizational and documentation management skills
Basic understanding of property sales process and payment schedules is an advantage
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, with high willingness to learn
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and office software
Good communication and follow-up skills
Responsible and able to work independently with minimal supervision
