PROJECT SITE MANAGER
Job Description
Oversee and manage multiple construction sites for housing development projects
Ensure projects are completed on schedule, within budget and according to specifications
Coordinate and supervise contractors, subcontractors and site supervisors
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality and safety compliance
Work closely with consultants, architects, engineers and local authorities
Resolve technical and site issues promptly to avoid project delays
Monitor construction quality, materials and workmanship
Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards and company procedures
Prepare and submit progress reports and site documentation to management
Manage project resources efficiently across multiple sites
Requirement
Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field
Minimum 5-10 years of experience in construction project management, preferably in housing development
Proven experience managing multiple project site simultaneously
Strong leadership and contractor management skills
Good knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations and quality control
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
Excellent communication, coordination and problem-solving abilities
