
GUEST SERVICE OFFICER
Provide courteous, efficient, and friendly service to all guests at all times.
Perform check-in, check-out, and room assignment procedures in accordance with hotel standards.
Handle guest enquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring guest satisfaction.
Process reservations, billing, and payment transactions accurately.
Coordinate with Housekeeping, Engineering, and other departments to ensure smooth guest experiences.
Maintain accurate guest records, profiles, and daily reports.
Promote hotel facilities, services, and local attractions to guests.
Requirements:
Diploma or Certificate in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
Prior Front Office or customer service experience is an advantage.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Pleasant personality with a strong service mindset.
Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
