Strategic Leadership
Develop and execute overall company strategy aligned with Owner/Board direction
Set annual business goals (sales, profit, expansion, cost control)
Monitor company-wide KPIs and performance dashboard
Identify growth opportunities (new outlets, partnerships, new product lines)
Operations Management (Multi-Outlet Oversight)
Oversee all outlet operations across regions
Ensure SOP compliance across all stores
Monitor sales performance per outlet and region
Review stock control, shrinkage, wastage, and operational risks
Drive operational excellence and standardization
Financial Performance & Budget Control
Oversee company P&L performance
Approve annual budgets (HR, training, marketing, maintenance, etc.)
Monitor cost control and profitability per outlet
Work closely with Finance on cash flow and reporting
Leadership & People Management
Lead and supervise Senior Managers / Managers
Build strong leadership pipeline (Manager → Senior Manager → Future Leaders)
Oversee performance management system
Work closely with HR on:
Manpower planning
Succession planning
Leadership development
Disciplinary matters (major cases)
Sales & Business Development
Drive sales strategy and promotional campaigns
Analyze sales trends and customer behavior
Explore new revenue streams
Build and maintain supplier relationships
Risk Management & Compliance
Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations
Oversee licensing, government compliance, and operational risk
Ensure internal controls to reduce fraud and theft
Communication & Reporting
Report directly to Owner/CEO
Prepare monthly management reports
Lead management meetings
Communicate company direction clearly to all levels
