SUPERVISOR
Based at Kuching Zone (Metrocity, Vivacity, SGH (Sarawak General Hospital)
JOB RESPONDSIBILITIES :
To maintains safe and healthy work environment by establishing and enforcing organization standards; adhering to legal regulations.
To maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards
To analyse sales and customer relations reports, categorizing sales information and action plan, investigating and identifying solution to customer complaints.
To supervise and maintains outlet staff job results by coaching, counselling, and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
To assist Manager in coordinating staffs’ schedules, including shift changes and absences.
To provide customer service by attending the enquiries (answering questions) about the menu items or suggesting items based on customer preferences.
JOB REQUIREMENTS :
Minimum SPM / Diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field
At least 1 year of clerical or purchasing-related experience preferred
Basic knowledge of purchasing and inventory processes
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Email)
Good communication and coordination skills
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines
