FIT OUT ASSISTANT (OPERATIONS) (Kuching)

Requirements:
Minimum Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design or equivalent. Working knowledge of AutoCad is compulsory.
At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Prior work experience in a shopping mall or project site management is an added advantage.
Good communication skill and a team player.
Willing to learn and able to work under minimum supervision.
A flexible approach to working, sufficient to be able to attend job tasks that take place outside of normal working hours such as evenings, public holidays and weekends.

Responsibilities:
Coordinate retail renovation and refurbishment projects to ensure they meet design, safety and operational standards. 
Bridge communication between landlords, tenants and contractors.
Conducte site inspections to ensure works are completed on time, within budget and up to quality standards.
Handle contractor work permit approvals and review submission drawings together with Operations and Maintenance.
Perform clerical work and ensure all drawings, documents and records are well organized and filed systematically.
