LEASING ADMIN EXECUTIVE (LEASING) (Kuching)

Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Marketing or equivalent.
At least 2 years of working experience in leasing, preferably in the management of a shopping mall.
Possess legal knowledge or work background related to agreements.
Able to multi-task, resourceful and work under pressure to meet deadlines. 
Good communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with tenants, unit owner and internal teams.
Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Computer literate with good knowledge of Microsoft Office programmes.

Responsibilities:
Prepare letters and other related leasing documents as well as the handling all correspondences. 
Prepare all documentations relating to Lease Back Agreement (LBA) matters, including renewal and other lease documents.
Liaise with solicitors on all matters pertaining to leaseback and ensure timely execution of LBA and other related legal documents.
Monitor critical dates and ensure timely renewals. 
Initiate renewal negotiation and commercial terms discussion with unit owners to secure continuous lease back. 
Maintain an accurate leasing database for reporting and audits.
Serve as the main liaison for Unit Owner inquiries and complaints.
Prepare monthly leasing report.
Source and evaluate potential tenants to enhance the mall’s trade mix.
Perform other duties as assigned by management to support leasing operations.
