Internship Overview 
As an Intern at HHL Agency, you will gain real-world exposure to the financial services and insurance industry. 
This internship is designed for students who want hands-on learning in business operations, client engagement, 
marketing support, and professional development, with guidance from experienced advisors. 
Intern Responsibilities 
Assist Sales Advisors in client preparation, documentation, and follow-ups 
Support marketing activities (social media content, simple design, event support) 
Help organise and coordinate meetings, workshops, and training sessions 
Learn basic insurance products, financial planning concepts, and compliance processes 
Assist in data entry, reporting, and administrative tasks 
Participate in team meetings, coaching, and internal training 
Skills & Requirements 
Good communication skills (English & Mandarin) 
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office / Google Workspace) 
Willingness to learn and take initiative 
Good attitude, responsibility, and time management 
Able to work independently and in a team
