SALES ADVISOR - Kuching
Job Responsibilities 
As a Sales Advisor, you will: 
Provide professional insurance and financial planning advice to individuals and families 
Conduct needs analysis and recommend suitable solutions in life insurance, medical, critical illness, and income protection 
Build and maintain long-term client relationships through regular reviews and after-sales service 
Educate clients on financial protection, risk management, and future planning 
Participate in training, coaching, and team development programs 
Achieve personal and team performance targets ethically and responsibly 
Comply with company policies, regulatory guidelines, and industry standards 
Qualifications 
Minimum SPM / O-Level (Diploma or Degree is an advantage) 
Malaysian citizen 
Good communication skills in Mandarin and English 
Basic computer literacy (WhatsApp, email, simple presentations) 
Required Experience 
Fresh graduates are welcome (training will be provided) 
Candidates with sales, customer service, banking, marketing, or hospitality experience will have an advantage 
Experience in insurance or financial services is a plus, but not mandatory
