CIVIL CONSTRUCTION MANAGER
Requirements:
Degree in Civil Engineering
Work experience: 4 years
Regulatory knowledge: familiar with JKR standard specifications/standards/design codes
Languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin
Strong leadership and team management skills

Responsibilities:
Develop/manage detailed construction schedules based on approved project execution plan
Oversee allocation/management of resources (personnel, tools, machinery, materials)
Ensure QAQC standards (with QAQC Engineer)
Lead coordination between disciplines, subcontractors, vendors
Monitor construction progress; resolve site issues
Report project progress, safety incidents, and construction challenges to senior management
