Requirements (from poster):
Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying
Work experience: 2 years
Languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin
Computer literate; MS Office & AutoCAD
Membership with recognized professional body (e.g., Royal Institution of Surveyors Malaysia) is an added advantage

Responsibilities:
Construct/cost estimates for projects (materials, labor, equipment)
Manage construction contracts; ensure compliance with laws and conditions
Conduct valuation of completed work; prepare interim/final accounts; verify payments
Monitor/control project costs; prepare reports on budget
Assist procurement by evaluating/selecting suppliers
Assist tender documentation for submission
