SENIOR SALES & MARKETING EXECUTIVE/ SALES & MARKETING EXECUTIVE

List of duties and responsibilities :
 

• To conduct daily sales and marketing activites and submit reports timely.
• To promote company's properties actively through roadshows/ events and digital marketing
• To develop sales presentation with professional skills and good customer services
• To monitor sales process closely and ensure proper documentation with company SOP
• To achieve sales target set by the Management
• Willing to travel oustation on weekends at ac hoc basis
• Any other duties and reponsibilities assigned by The Management

Requirements or knowledge of :
 

• SPM holder and Diploma or Degree with related field, preferably business studies, marketing, communication, graphic design
• Applicant with real estate sales track record are encouraged to apply.
• Experienced in artwork design, photo/media and video editing (i.e Canva, Adobe Photoshop etc)
• Proficiency in social media platforms (i.e Facebook, Instragram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube)
• Good knowledge with paid advertising platforms will be an advantage (i.e Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Tiktok Ads)
• Good communication skills, hardworking, ambitious, aggressive and with integrity
• Pleasant personality with good work ethics
