SITE ENGINEER

SITE ENGINEER (Kota Samarahan)
 

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and supervise all activities on site, including site progress, sub-contractors' performance, and quality control.
• Interpret construction drawings and provide technical guidance on-site.
• Conduct quality checks, site inspections and ensure all work complies with relevant codes, standards, and safety regulations.
• To maintain all relevant forms, documents, correspondences and records in respect to daily work records.
• To attend all site meetings and technical meetings as directed and when necessary.
• Support project planning, scheduling, and material tracking.
• Any other duties as instructed by superior from time to time.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in landed housing construction; experience in high-rise projects is an added advantage.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and safety practices.
• Candidates must possess at least a Degree in Building/ Civil Engineering/ Construction or related discipline.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Able to converse and write proficiently in English and Bahasa Melayu.
• Excellent problem solving, coordination and communication skills.
• Willing to work at odd hours when required & necessary;
• Must possess own transport.
