SITE SUPERVISOR

SITE SUPERVISOR (Kuching, Kota Samarahan)
 

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and supervise all activities on site, including site progress, sub-contractors' performance, and quality control.
• Inspect and monitor site works to ensure compliance with contract specifications, construction drawings, and standard policy.
• Prepare daily site reports and site progress pictures, documenting daily work progress and any site issues for reporting to the Project Manager.
• Implement and enforce safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
• To maintain all relevant forms, documents, correspondences and records in respect to daily work records.
• To attend all site meetings and technical meetings as directed and when necessary.
• Any other duties as instructed by superior from time to time.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience supervising landed residential projects. Experience in high-rise developments will be an added advantage.
• Candidates must possess at least a Diploma in Building/ Civil Engineering/ Construction or related discipline.
• Able to converse and write proficiently in English and Bahasa Melayu.
• Good problem solving skills/ including the ability to quickly resolve issues that arise during construction.
• Willing to work at odd hours when required & necessary;
• Must possess own transport.
