Candidate must possess at least a SPM, Diploma or equivalent qualifications in Business Administrative, Construction Management, or a related field
Minimum 2–3 years of working experience in administrative or clerical roles, preferably in construction site operations or a related industry
Knowledgeable in construction site operations, including data entry, spare parts inventory management, coordination tasks, and general administrative duties.
Proficient in record keeping, preparing reports, and managing site-related documentation
Able to work independently with minimal supervision and possess strong problem-solving abilities
Proficiency in English and Malay; ability to communicate in Mandarin is an added advantage
