SITE SUPERVISOR

Job Qualification:
 

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Certificate in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field. (SPM holders with relevant experience are encouraged to apply.)
• Minimum 2–3 years of working experience as a Site Supervisor or in a similar construction-related role
• Knowledgeable in site operations, safety regulations, and construction procedures
• Able to supervise site activities, manage workers, and ensure tasks are completed on time
• Possess good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Willing to travel and work at various project sites when required
• Proficiency in English and Malay; ability to communicate in Mandarin is an added advantage
